Andy Sovis, LMSW

Andy is a Licensed Master Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing for more than 15 years. Andy earned his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan in 2007, and has since provided home-based counseling, private counseling, and community-based counseling. Andy uses evidence-based practice models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. Andy is Safe Space certified and an LGBTQIA+ ally. He works with teens, adults, couples, and families.


Megan Welke, LMSW

Megan is a Licensed Master Social Worker in both Clinical and Macro practice. She is certified in The Gottman Institute’s The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work and enjoys working with couples to achieve their relationship goals. Megan also works with small businesses to improve their team dynamics and culture. She has many years of experience working with Autistic people and the disabled community, she is an LGBTQIA+ ally, and embraces a sex positive approach. Megan loves being outside, in almost all weather conditions, and will encourage you to meet her at City Forest for a walk and talk session at least once. She is a graduate of Delta College, Saginaw Valley State University, and Michigan State University.


Allie Shank, LLMSW

Allie is a therapist who is passionate about supporting individuals as they heal from trauma and life’s challenges. She is LGBTQ+ affirming and strives to create a safe, inclusive space for all clients. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices, drawing from EMDR, TF-CBT, person-centered therapy, and sandtray techniques to help clients process difficult experiences and build resilience. Guided by the philosophy of meeting clients where they are with unconditional positive regard, Allie believes that exploring the impact of past trauma is often the key to understanding and resolving current struggles, and she strives to ensure a non-judgmental space where growth and healing can occur.


Jason Greve, M.A., LPC

Jason is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has spent the last 22 years working in various healthcare and counseling environments. He has worked extensively with seniors, is an LGBTQIA+ ally, and enjoys working with adults on the autism spectrum. Jason’s mission is to foster a safe and nurturing environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and accepted. He employs an eclectic counseling approach, integrating person-centered methodologies with evidenced-based cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. Jason graduated from Valparaiso University in northwest Indiana where he also studied music. He enjoys time outside, going for walks, gardening, and spending time with family (including pets).


Jessica Jaycox, LCSW

Jessica is a Licensed Master Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing for 5 years. Jessica earned her Master of Social Work degree from Walla Walla University in 2020, and has provided therapeutic services in a variety of settings including in home, private counseling and community based mental health and behavioral services. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches; however, they all stem from being person-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused. Jessica believes that it is important to meet each individual where they are in their own healing processes. Jessica works with infants and parents, children, teens and adults and has experience working with addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, body image and self-esteem, ADHD, autism, and play therapy.
